General Summary

Have a broad understanding of automotive industry standards with a high initiative to strive for continual improvements and excellence in all facets of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor KUS Daily Backorder Lists, sort, distribute relative aged BO data, and take action to improve Customer Satisfaction.
  • Review Rental Claims for Customer dissatisfaction key data in effort to continually improve buyback ratios.
  • Support MAL local escalation AS Parts initiatives to improve Customer Satisfaction.
  • Communication with all MOBIS Parts Teams (MHQ, MPA, MPCA, MAL).
  • Communication with KUS / KNA (AS Parts Status, Campaigns, continual AS Parts Supplier improvement initiatives).

Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated, responsibility, planning, and organization skills a must
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a progressive automotive manufacturing environment, preferably in a Logistics/Supply Chain role.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in both company decisions and carrying out essential job duties that affect efficient business operations and its objectives, policies, practices, and conditions.
  • Flexible schedule to work overtime as required including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel domestic and international
     

Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Possess a broad understanding and application of Automotive OEM standards.
  • Experience with SAP system preferred.
  • Experience with GQMS system preferred.
  • Experienced problem-solving skills: 5-Why, 3-Panel, and/or AMP based.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
