General Summary

Support and monitor the Teamwear program and all related functions within Kia Georgia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for activities associated with the on-site Teamwear Center, including organizing goods and ensuring all items are working properly.
  • Monitor team wear website to ensure accuracy of product listings and prices.
  • Conduct new hire orientation for the Corporate Services Department.
  • Responsible for back end teamwear accounts functions, such as team member account activation, account resolution, and shop coding restrictions.
  • Assist in tracking the teamwear budget and other expenditures for the Corporate Services Department.
  • Monitor teamwear performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs to ensure accuracy and completeness, ensure timely notification of teamwear deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Responsible for items as related to teamwear (i.e. team member gifts, protocol, ordering, calendar distribution etc.).
  • Prepare proposals, approvals, internal communications, reports, etc., ensure all appropriate signatures are obtained.
  • Monitor Corporate Identity updates for company’s Stationary Program, in addition to ordering stationary supplies.
  • Responsible for vendor account management as required.
  • Responsible for on time delivery of organizations flower requests, such as team member hospitalization, birth of a baby, adoption, and the bereavement program in accordance with established policy.
  • Monitor billing and ensure goods and compliance of contracts; document all contract modifications, process invoices related to assigned vendor accounts.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field along with two (2) to five (5) years of progressive experience in the facility management field in a manufacturing environment preferably within the automotive industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in making recommendations, exercising company decisions and carrying out essential job duties that affect efficient business operations and its objectives, policies, practices, and conditions.
  • Teamwork oriented.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • Experience with SAP system preferred.
