Process Control-CCR Specialist

General Summary
Provide support to management for Central Control Room (CCR) activities in Process Control including, production execution, vehicle progress control, project planning support, general management support, and downtime/ production reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Confirm Tracking in WBS In and PBS Out for each vehicle in production.
 - Monitor input data and inventories; develop and propose countermeasures for changes and emergencies (i.e. spec changes, part shortages, line stop problems, in-process inventories, etc.) for all production areas including Stamping, Welding, Paint, and General Assembly.
 - Collect data and input into the system; develop, maintain, and analyze reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) and monitor variances against production plans.
 - Publish each Production Instruction and follow-up on the closures.
 - Maintain assembly working schedules, proposing overtime to management as needed to meet planned volume.
 - Manage PBS/ Sign Off/ Control Gate Holds, as well as, PBS Out constraints utilizing the POS website.
 - Download and Mix New Product Orders in Body Sequence Manager.
 - Monitoring and analysis of PEMS (Production Equipment Monitoring System) entries.
 - Complete Manifest changes for engines, transmissions, and fuel tanks.
 - Investigate and coordinate with shift management regarding downtime responsibility classification.
 - Monitor delayed vehicles and create delayed vehicles report for management.
 - Escalate serious downtime events or production issues to Production Control and plant management.
 - Prepare and publish downtime results for various daily reports or systems (G-RIMS).
 - Report downtime results at shift production meetings as directed by management.
 - Analyze and create Kick Out and Scrap unit reports for management.
 - Support weekly inventory scans to track the offline vehicle inventory.
 - Monitor and Execute Trials for new models, facelifts, and special request vehicles.
 - Monitor Sign Off Target by Model and Customer.
 - Made in Plant Parts scrap processing in SAP.
 - Manage the Kick Out and Kick In process for GA vehicles.

Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree, along with two (2) to five (5) years of experience in an administrative capacity preferably within the manufacturing industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 - Teamwork oriented.
 - Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
 - Experience and working knowledge of complex technical networks or advanced equipment operation.

Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
 - Experience with SAP system preferred.
