Analyst, Sales Incentives and Operations

General Summary
As a member of the Sales Incentives department, the Incentives Analyst will report to the Sales Incentives & Operations Manager. This role is responsible for producing accurate dealer statements and processing bank subventions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, creative, and an independent thinker capable of navigating problems and solutions autonomously. Additionally, this individual will provide reporting and analytics support to the sales and incentive planning functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze incentive spending data to produce accurate dealer statements.
- Generate month-end sales reports (e.g., sales mix, retail mix) for management and maintain SAP bulletin records.
- Verify subvention invoices and reconcile variances before processing payments to financial partners.
- Forecast monthly incentive cost and prepare cash flow statement for finance dept.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product planning teams to align strategies and support sales/incentive initiatives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales programs.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and financial metrics for ongoing projects.
- Identify inefficiencies in operation processes and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Provide guidance on current/future policies and procedures.
- Ad hoc reports and data extraction requested by management.
Skills/ Knowledge/Experience/Education Required
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Strong Excel/Word/Power Point skills
- University and/or business related degree/diploma
- 3-5 years business related experience, ideally in the automotive industry
- Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and deadline oriented
- Analytical, Problem solver and team player
- Familiarity with SAP an asset
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $82,501
