General Summary

Kia Canada is seeking a hands-on, detail oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join the National Marketing team, focusing primarily on driving data-driven insights. This role will support all areas of Marketing communications and, lead the design, development, and implementation of digital analytic solutions primarily on PowerBI.

 

Role: Full time Contract for 10 months

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Integrate multiple data sources (Google Analytics, Salesforce, SQL Servers) in collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams.
  • Configure, transform, and model data within Power BI to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for analysis.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Provide insight and analysis to co-develop core KPIs for National Marketing department leveraging historical data insights in collaboration with our agency partners, leveraging a sophisticated data model.
  • Develop, document, and maintain KPI libraries/reporting standards to measure performance.
  • Track the performance of our website and search marketing (SEO/SEM) to recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate measurement and reporting of digital advertising campaigns, website performance, and other marketing activities in partnership with other marketing team leads.
  • Unleash the power of available marketing data to drive actionable insights for the marketing team.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education Requirement

  • 2-5 years of directly related experience.
  • Web Analytics: Expert user of Google Analytics 4.
  • Business Intelligence: Proficient in Power BI and SQL.
  • Data Integration: Hands-on experience integrating multiple data sources (GA4, Salesforce, SQL, and other platforms) into Power BI.
  • Passion for data, insights and doing great work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
