General Summary
Kia Canada is seeking a hands-on, detail oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join the National Marketing team, focusing primarily on driving data-driven insights. This role will support all areas of Marketing communications and, lead the design, development, and implementation of digital analytic solutions primarily on PowerBI.
Role: Full time Contract for 10 months
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Integrate multiple data sources (Google Analytics, Salesforce, SQL Servers) in collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams.
- Configure, transform, and model data within Power BI to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Provide insight and analysis to co-develop core KPIs for National Marketing department leveraging historical data insights in collaboration with our agency partners, leveraging a sophisticated data model.
- Develop, document, and maintain KPI libraries/reporting standards to measure performance.
- Track the performance of our website and search marketing (SEO/SEM) to recommend optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate measurement and reporting of digital advertising campaigns, website performance, and other marketing activities in partnership with other marketing team leads.
- Unleash the power of available marketing data to drive actionable insights for the marketing team.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education Requirement
- 2-5 years of directly related experience.
- Web Analytics: Expert user of Google Analytics 4.
- Business Intelligence: Proficient in Power BI and SQL.
- Data Integration: Hands-on experience integrating multiple data sources (GA4, Salesforce, SQL, and other platforms) into Power BI.
- Passion for data, insights and doing great work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
