Regional Analyst - Central Region

General Summary
Reporting to the Regional Manager (RM), the Regional Analyst, acting in an administrative/office manager capacity, will participate and contribute toward reaching corporate/regional goals. The incumbent will oversee project and administrative duties related to sales, marketing, after sales and distribution while respecting deadlines as well as budgets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Writing and preparation of various documents and managing their distribution to the dealer network
• Assist RSM and DSM with wholesale tasks, including the selling and assigning of product on a daily basis
• Tracking / maintaining Sales contacts & itinerary
• Answer questions relating to RDR’s
• Review all regional subtype changes, compile log activities and process changes
• Write, compile and distribute manual allocations to DSM based on dealer’s inventory and sales. Assist with distribution activities (allocation and logistic) for specific region activities & events
• Plan, book and coordinate all regional meetings and events
• Work closely with RM and Corporate Public Relations to coordinate/track press vehicles. Develop reports and strategies for both internal and external distribution surrounding regional responsibilities, as well as schedule maintenances and resale once completed
• Responsible for general office management duties (phone, mail, fax, travel administration, supplies etc.)
Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education Requirement
• 10-15% travel – Dealer visits, special events, training, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity
• Works well under pressure, focus on meeting deadlines
• Superior organizational, planning and prioritization abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Work from home
• 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role
• Excellent PC skills especially in Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in automotive business preferable
• Experience in SAP an asset
