General Summary
Manage and execute the training programs, working closely with the different areas of the company to identify the needs related to training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute the different training programs implemented in KMX
- Analyze the evaluations and tools to measure the effectiveness of the programs and courses
- Manage and update training related reports in SAP
- Manage invoices and payments for suppliers
- Legal compliance of the training according to the STPS requirements
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor/engineer degree or related
- On Job Training methodology
- Knowledge of L&D theories and methodologies
- Experience in training compliance (STPS)
- Learning Strategies knowledge
- Fluent English required
