General Summary
The Brand Representation Manager is responsible for advancing Kia America's dealer image, identification, and retail branding programs, to achieve annual quantity and quality objectives. The position partners with national and regional stakeholders to promote and achieve rapid adoption of Kia America's image standards and principles to achieve maximum participation among dealers to improve the customer experience at Kia dealerships. Activities that this position leads and manages include program budget oversight, coordination with regional personnel and vendors regarding implementation of projects, supervision of vendor program and project managers, and administering dealer identity and branding programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1st Priority - 35%
Manage Dealer Image Facility Program and project management team (vendors) for specific assigned Regions to ensure compliance with corporate standards, branding standards, and the highest possible level of accurate brand representation. Scope of financial responsibility is up to $25mm+ annually.
2nd Priority - 25%
Manage the Dealer Identification Sign program for assigned Regions by overseeing signage package reviews, coordinating with regional personnel on sign projects, and oversee vendor responsible for implementation of program.
3rd Priority - 20%
Uphold Kia dealer facility standards by collaborating with regional personnel, network planning team and vendors on implementation of new standards and dealer compliance with standards in Dealer Sales and Service Agreement Addendums.
4th Priority - 10%
Administer the Retail Display and Point-of-Sale program by tracking and reporting on dealer compliance, overseeing program content and pricing.
5th Priority - 10%
Backup for other Brand Representation Manager. Ad hoc and special reporting, as requested.
Qualifications/Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a fully accredited college or university, or a similar principle or equivalent work experience, is required.
Job Requirement
Overall Related Experience
• 8+ years automotive industry experience in positions including merchandising, construction management, brand representation/visual communications, and/or facility design.
• Automotive OEM or dealership-experience a plus.
• Requires high-level organizational, project management, planning and analytical experience.
Directly Related Experience
• 5+ experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• 5+ years of experience with project management (management of multiple, concurrent projects) preferred.
Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required
• Advanced writing skills required (written communications with vendors and Dealers, preparation of contracts, statements of work, etc.)
• Advanced oral communication skills, including ability to advocate for internal approval on business proposals, and ability to work on a team and satisfactorily resolve competing issues.
• Advanced PC skills in a Windows environment (Excel, Word and PowerPoint software) required.

Pay Range
$87,316.74 ~117,873.05
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
