General Summary
This position leads and manages the company vehicles group in all functions related to company owned vehicles (including but not limited to lease vehicles, pool vehicles and demonstrator vehicles), with a focus on efficiency and cost-effective operation. Provides support to the departments and regions for all company vehicle-related activities. Reviews workflows of all processes to identify weaknesses and work to streamline/modernize them, with a focus on automation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1st Priority - 50%
Lead the Company Vehicle Department by overseeing the management of all company owned vehicles, including KUS lease program, 3rd party leases and department assigned vehicles. Enhance company vehicles programs for efficiency and effectiveness.
2nd Priority - 20%
Manage prototype vehicle lifecycles including the maintenance and enhancement of web-based tracking modules to track daily usage and log historical data for prototype vehicles.
3rd Priority - 15%
Manage External Customer Programs including approval of all programs for pricing and dealer communications.
4th Priority - 10%
Develop and oversee all Company Vehicle systems including SAP, KUS Lease Portal, Prototype and Buyback Tracking Website, and future Demo and Department assign ordering.
5th Priority - 5%
Manage sensitive and high-profile company vehicle matters across the organization.
Qualifications/Education
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
Overall Related Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years in corporate fleet vehicle management and/or wholesale automotive experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience.
Directly Related Experience:
- Automobile insurance, claim experience, and multi-state DMV administration preferred.

Other Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required.
- May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must always have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a responsible record that meets the criteria established by KUS at all times.
- Required to drive company vehicles.
Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required
- Advanced organizational and planning skills
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Strong PC skills including Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with AS400 or mainframe database management
- Advanced understanding of SAP

Pay Range
$96,015 ~ $133,393
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
