General Summary
The main responsibility of this position is to support the development of additional sales channels for new and used vehicles as well as support the customer satisfaction initiatives for KUS. Successful execution of this role will yield increase sales volume in retail, fleet, and remarketing sales channels, while helping establish and identify future mobility opportunities for Kia.
This position will work with Fleet, CPO, Finance, Product Planning, Incentives, Remarketing, New Vehicle (retail), Distribution, Regional offices & district managers and Service in the coordination of programs and initiatives supporting multiple sales channels. Additionally, this position will focus on the execution of existing mobility programs collaborating with dealers and program partners. This role will be expected to contribute to future mobility strategies, and identification of potential new areas of opportunity aimed at future growth.
This position will also support special projects undertaken by the Mobility & Remarketing department
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Priority One – 35%
- Implement, manage, and grow existing mobility programs that directly impact new and used vehicle sales. Programs include KSRP, fleet, gig driver platforms, and KFA.
Priority Two – 35%
- Implement, manage, and grow new mobility programs that directly impact vehicle sales through several existing and future channels.
Priority Three – 15%
- Department lead on the execution of existing and new mobility programs. Manage reporting and analysis for new and existing mobility programs. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to dealers through the collaboration with regional field team members.
Priority Four –15%
- Collaborate with other team members and divisions to maximize the impact of programs and program support for KUS
Personally Performed Duties
- Implement and manage new and used vehicle mobility programs. Manage performance, growth, and impact to organization.
- Meet regularly with customer service/parts and service division to measure the performance and impact of mobility programs.
- Conduct regional meetings and dealer meetings to implement and support department initiatives.
- Monitor, measure, and communicate regularly results of implemented programs.
- Responsible for program results – i.e., new KSRP vehicle utilization, fleet size, and fleet turns, mobility program growth
- Work with AutoEver and other external software providers and operators for program implementation and program performance.

Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent Degree.
- Master’s degree a plus.
Job Requirement
Overall Related Experience
- 5+ years in automotive retail, automotive wholesale, captive finance company, consultancy experience, or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of rental and fleet experience preferred
Directly Related Experience
- Experience in project management with proven and successful implementation of initiatives and projects.
- Dealer and/or major customer sales/service experience.
- Prior experience in dealer and customer management.
Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required
- High level of proficiency in verbal, written and electronic communications.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze several sources of data and interpret/incorporate into action plans.
- Market opportunity identification, to identify opportunities aligned with Kia’s future mobility strategy and goals.
- Problem identification, solving and decision-making skills.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office products primarily Excel and Power Point.
- Proficiency in KUS and other internal systems including Autoway, Kdealer+, WebDCS, LDAR & SAP a plus
Other Requirements
- Occasional domestic travel may be required up to 10%.
- Physical Requirements: frequent sitting, vision, hearing, and talking up to 90% of the time.

Pay Range
$98,895.32 - $133,392.70
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
